Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.
Since usastripe.com is also providing non-tangible irrevocable goods, such as social media accounts and logins, we do not issue refunds once the order is placed. This is because we have fees related to setting up your account and getting it ready. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
You will be eligible for a free-of-charge replacement in case your business manager(s) get restricted within 30 days of your purchase.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no replacement is granted:
* You are running black-hat marketing/CBD/Crypto ads (anything not allowed on Stripe Inc.).
* You are not following the guided steps in our PDF to warm up your account.
* You are requesting a replacement past the 30 days warranty.
